1. Major in Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering; fluent oral English; more than one year work experience;
2. Strong operational ability and maintenance skills; capable of solving after-sales problems;
3. Strong learning ability and motivation; good sense of serving customers;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
5. Adapt to overseas business trip and heavy working pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for extracting information about pre-sales customer needs and communicating with relevant R & D team efficiently;
2. Responsible for customer training and on-site presentation; assist business personnel in acquiring orders;
3. Responsible for on-site installation, customer complaints and after-sales maintenance;
4. Responsible for training business personnel and compiling related files.
