Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for market research in target markets, channel development (such as customer acquisition and agent selection), and conducting marketing activities.
2.Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs through various channels and methods, working closely with the technical team to uncover new customer demands, managing project operations and tackling challenges, identifying project opportunities, and securing orders.
3.Responsible for leading the bidding process for tender projects, including bidding, responding to tenders, and completing for bids, formulating strategies and action plans for winning bids.
4.Depending on the project size, responsible for forming and building a team, and leading all matters related to specific markets and projects, including but not limited to the project operation stage, order negotiation stage, order execution stage, and after-sales service stage.
5.Responsible for monitoring and promoting order execution, such as ensuring timely shipment and collecting payments according to contract terms.

Requirements:
1.Work Experience: At least 1 years of overseas sales experience, with prior experience in overseas sales in the power industry is preferred.
2.Required Professional Knowledge:
(1) Rich vocabulary in foreign languages with accurate and standard written expression.
(2) Experience in key account development, channel management, bidding, and a background in science or engineering is preferred.
3.Essential Work Qualities:
(1) Excellent business development skills, with experience in key account development, channel management, bidding, and a background in science or engineering being preferred.
(2) Presentable appearance, strong communication and logical thinking skills, able to withstand certain pressures, and have a strong desire for achievement.
(3) Able to adapt to overseas business trips of approximately 90 days.
(4) Sharp market insight, analysis skills, and information acquisition abilities.
4.Required Skills:
(1) Fluent in English/French.
(2) Excellent business development capabilities.
(3) Familiarity with project operation processes and techniques for tackling key clients.

Overseas Technical Support Engineer
Requirements:

1. Major in Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering; fluent oral English; more than one year work experience;
2. Strong operational ability and maintenance skills; capable of solving after-sales problems;
3. Strong learning ability and motivation; good sense of serving customers;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
5. Adapt to overseas business trip and heavy working pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for extracting information about pre-sales customer needs and communicating with relevant R & D team efficiently;
2. Responsible for customer training and on-site presentation; assist business personnel in acquiring orders;
3. Responsible for on-site installation, customer complaints and after-sales maintenance;
4. Responsible for training business personnel and compiling related files.
