IHM-6201 Bell Type Remote Terminal Unit

IHM-6201 Box type RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) is designed for management of MV/HV overhead feeder lines. RTU is used with circuit breaker or load breaker switch. Through modern communication network (FO/4G/3G/GPRS/RF), it realizes remote data measurement related to the MV/HV feeder operations and in real-time condition, as well as data acquisition, data analysis and capturing and reporting abnormal events. RTU can receive the remote command from the SCADA/ADMS system to open or close the switch and feedback the position of the switch to the SCADA/ADMS system. The protection grade of the IHM-6201 Box type RTU reaches IP67. The product is suitable for outdoor harsh environment.

RTU helps utility company for detection and pinpointing of fault in distribution network, achieving isolation of faulty area to minimize the number of customers that are impacted by the disturbance, clearing fault and restoration of network in minimum duration.
